2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable booking deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 28 days prior to the event date.
Failure to pay the balance within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any payments made.
2D Golf Ltd reserves the right to refuse or withdraw services where payment terms have not been met.
3. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required in addition to the booking deposit.
The security deposit covers potential damage, loss, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
The deposit will be returned following the event, subject to equipment inspection and compliance with these terms.
Where damage, loss, or breach exceeds the deposit amount, the client remains liable for the full cost of repair or replacement.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customer cancellation
- 28 days or more prior to the event: payments refunded excluding the booking deposit
- Less than 28 days: no refunds will be provided
2D Golf Ltd may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund, credit, or reschedule where the event can be rebooked or costs are mitigated.

If these requirements are not met on arrival, 2D Golf Ltd reserves the right not to proceed. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
8. Equipment & Damage
All equipment remains the property of 2D Golf Ltd at all times.
The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft arising from misuse, negligence, unauthorised use, or failure to follow instructions.
